This is a specially designed instrument for the temperature control at the floor of Molten Metal Baths in small & medium size furnaces. It has a four digit bright display. It can be provided with a lance having length from 5 feet to 10 feet as per user request. The lance assembly is bent to provide proper immersion of the thermocouple & safety of the personnel. 'Broken Thermocouple Tip', 'Low Battery Voltage' and 'Reverse Polarity' are all indicated on the display when the equipment is turned 'ON'. Special Features :
The data can be downloaded to a computer and can be viewed on any standard viewer. Further processing of the data can be performed in Excel. |

| PORTABLE RECHARGABLE BATTERY OPERATED | The Suyash Protable Temperature Indicators, controlled by a
Microprocessor, is specially desined for the temperature control at the floor
of Molten Metal Baths in small & medium size furnaces, laddels or Ingot
moulds without the need of wire connections. This battery powered instrument has four digit bright display. It can be provided with a lance having length from 5 feet to 10 feet as per user request. The lance assembly is bent to provide proper immersion of the thermocouple & safety of the personnel. 'Broken Thermocouple Tip', 'Low Battery Voltage' and 'Reverse Polarity' are all indicated on the display when the equipment is turned 'ON'. Operation : Plug the thermocouple tip on the tipholder. Switch ON the supply. Immerse the thermocouple tip in the Molten Metal. Asiren goes as the reading gets Latched.The temperature is displayed on the indicator. The mP based version can store 256 readings along with time & date for further processing. The indicator is also equiped with the printer port to enable printing and generate a hard copy of the readings. |

Maximum temperature remains locked till Reset Push Button is operated.
Built in high frequency siren & Reset Push Button to alert the
operator. The siren operates as soon as the
temperature is locked. This enables
the operater to take out the lance immediately and observe the locked
temperature.
A sturdy and attractive lance is sutaibly bent to dip the tip most comfortably
into molten metal.
Temperature reading is available instantly within five to six seconds.
Light in weight and easy to handle.
