Suyash Carbon Silicon Analyser This  is a  Microprocessor based Digital System for Automatic Thermal Analysis & Temperature Measurement of Molten Iron.      It enables in determination of % Carbon Equivalent,  % Carbon      and % Silicon of unalloyed cast iron. The process is based on universally accepted method of cooling curve analysis (specially Liquidous and Solidous arrest temperatures) by using 'SUYASH CARBON  CUPS' having K type thermocouple. The equipment is completely user friendly and a lay-man on the furnace can adjust the chemistry of melt. Just pour the cup and obtain the result in 3 minutes flat!!!
